Wow! Amazing! This is a must buy. Professor Benikov is spot on and he has been in practicing long enough to know what he's talking about.
Mr. Benikov gives great insight into the necessary steps and motivation necessary to begin a law practice. Very helpful.

As a recent law school graduate, i found this book to be very insightful. There are a lot of things that law school doesn't prepare you for, and starting your own firm is one of them. The ideas, and suggestions in this book are extremely helpful, and apply to a more modern approach. I'm happy I found this book. I highly, highly recommend it.

Mr. Benikov provides a great resource for attorneys with practical solutions for the everyday problems that they will face in running a legal practice. Law school, unfortunately, does not prepare lawyers for the realities of running a business, bringing in clients, and dealing with the administrative headaches that are part and parcel of a legal career. Especially relevant for newer attorneys navigating essentially two new careers law and business owner.
